Reviewer Qualifications
To be considered as a reviewer for JICSA, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Hold a minimum of a Master's degree (Ph.D. is highly preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Have a proven track record of publication as a lead or corresponding author in reputable peer-reviewed journals within the last 3 years.

Maintain a verifiable academic profile (e.g., Google Scholar, Scopus ID, ORCID, or Web of Science ResearcherID).

Be able to complete reviews within the designated timeframe (typically 2-3 weeks per manuscript) and provide constructive, detailed feedback.

Commit strictly to objectivity, confidentiality, and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.
