Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • I declare that the article above is An original manuscript, my own ideas and analysis, not a translation/adaptation, is not under consideration for being published in any media, and has never been published in any.
  • If, during the review process, I withdraw/cancel the article, then I am willing to notify the editor and follow the article cancellation rules set in the Register.
  • The text or the format of your article is already appropriate with our article template, if don't, please see first our Author Guidelines, Focus and Scope.
  • The maximum similarity of <15% uses iThenticate or TurnitIn
  • The minimum number of references is more than 20, with at least 80% drawn from scientific journals published within the last five (5) years. The remaining references may come from proceedings, patents, research books, or research reports.
  • My article does not contain any statement that is unlawful, defamatory and does not contain any material that violates the privacy rights or proprietary rights of any person or other entity.
  • If author don't agree to pay the penalty, the author and his/her affiliation will be blacklisted for publication in this journal.

Manuscript Submission

Formatting & Structure

  • Follow APA style for text and references.

  • Organize your manuscript in this order:

    1. Title Page

    2. Abstract (max 300 words)

    3. Keywords (3–5 terms)

    4. Main Text

    5. Acknowledgments (including grant details, if applicable)

    6. References. Authors are advised to use tools such as Mendeley or Zotero to manage citations properly.

Recommended Manuscript Structure

A standard structure for the main text includes:

  • Introduction

  • Related Work

  • Methods

  • Results

  • Discussion

  • Conclusion

Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting, ensure your manuscript meets the following requirements:

  • The work is original and has not been published previously or submitted elsewhere (unless explained in the comments to the editor).

  • The file format is Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF.

  • URLs are provided for references where available.

  • The text is single-spaced, in 12-point font, and uses italics instead of underlining (except for URLs).

  • All figures, tables, and illustrations are placed within the text at appropriate locations, not at the end.

  • The manuscript follows all stylistic and bibliographic guidelines outlined in these instructions.
